1. Student must be currently enrolled at WRUSD.  
2. Student must have current eyeglasses prescription. 
3. Complete application online.
4. Must sign for voucher in person.
Bring copy of your current prescription the WRUSD District Administration Building located in Ft. Defiance, AZ.  Our office is located on the first floor in Room A-147.

The 2024 WRUSD-JOM Summer Enrichment is FREE and open to TILC, TMS, and WRHS students on a first-come, first-serve basis.

**TILC students can take classes as long as they have a parent/guardian attend class with them.  

Parents will have to provide transportation for their students.  No drop off before 7:45am or pick-up after 12:15pm.
