    If you are going to participate in Winter Sports Activities, the 2024-2025 Physical Forms are required. Don't wait. Get it done.

    Click on the Link Register My Athlete to fill out all necessary physical documents for the new School Year 2024-2025. If you have any questions on the link, please reach out to the athletic department (928) 729-7011.

    Requirements:

    **Register my athlete (RMA) portal must be complete

    **Sports Physical uploaded to your RMA Portal

    **AIA Required Courses must be completed by student

                    Brainbook and Opioid Courses

    **$25.00 Participation Fee**
