    Summer School Program


    Dear Parents and Guardians,


    WRHS would like to assure you that we will continue to do everything we can to assist your student in their education.  Therefore, we will be having a summer school program that is geared and dedicated to credit recovery of course(s) that your student needs to complete.  Please fill out the WRHS Summer School Permission Form, and have it turned in before June 6th, 2022.


    The WRHS Summer School Program will start on June 6th and end on June 30th and will run Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.  Transportation WILL BE provided by the school district.  The program is open to ALL students, grades 9-12 who need to complete or make-up courses.

    Caps, Gown, Tassels: Seniors were measured for caps and gowns. Extra orders were put in for the popular sizes in the case a senior did not come in for measurements. If you are a 2022 graduate and have not picked up yours, please come by the high school.

    Bee H0{dzil Fighting Scouts Events Center: Currently there are no restrictions on the number of guests. We will follow CDC, Navajo Nation, and district guidelines for COVID 19. These include mask wearing for all guests, temperature check, social distancing is encouraged, hand sanitation. All levels will be open for guests. Clear bag policy will be enforced.

    Dawn Morgan Photography: Ms. Morgan will be taking pictures of your senior as they receive their diploma and when they exit the stage. You will receive information on how to access the photos online for viewing and to make a purchase if you wish.

    Broadcast radio:  The event will be live through KHAC radio 880 am for those family members and guests who aren’t available to attend.

    Baby picture plus one other:  Senior class is requesting a submission of one baby picture and one other of your graduate to be displayed on the jumbotron before and after the ceremony. The pictures will be scanned and returned to the student same day.

    Graduation breakfast: The school’s food service would like to donate a continental breakfast style arrangement during the morning of graduation because students will be at the event center a couple hours before the ceremony begins. If you’d like to volunteer to bring anything extra, please contact our sponsor, Ms. Shepard, 928-729-7029 or

    We will have two Senior Parent Meetings on Tuesday, 3/29 and Wednesday, 3/30 next week.

    It is that time of the year to begin booking your appointments for Sports Physicals for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.


    Per the AIA Bylaws, any Physical Examination done after March 1st will be good through the next academic school year.
