STEP ONE: How to Choose A Topic

STEP TWO: How To Develop A Question That You Can Answer

    You can view the rubric mentioned in the video below.  The document viewer will not let you edit the yes and no's as described in the video.  However, you can click the blue link just below the document to "Download the document" and then you would be able to edit, as shown in the video.

STEP THREE: Make a Prediction (Hypothesis) and Plan a Step-by-Step Experiment

  • If you like the idea of using Word, as shown in this video, but you do not have Word available, you can go to Google Drive and use the "Documents" part of that site for free.  It works MOSTLY like Microsoft Word, with just a few exceptions:

  • If you like the idea of using Microsoft Excel, as demonstrated in this video, but you do not have access to Microsoft Excel, you can try going to Google Sheets.  On this site, you can use something very similar to Microsoft Excel for free.  It will function much like Microsoft Excel, but with a few exceptions:
