• What is Title I?  Title l is the largest federal aid program for elementary, middle, and high schools. Through Title l, money is given to  school districts across the country based on the number  of low-income families in each district.  Each district uses it’s Title l money for extra educational services for children most in need of educational help.

How can Title l funds be used?

    • Instruction
    • Summer School
    • After-School
    • Instructional Materials and supplies
    • Additional teachers and paraprofessionals
    • Parent Resource Center

    Parent Involvement Shared Responsibilities

Parent Involvement is an important aspect of your child’s success in school. We encourage you to be actively involved in your child’s education.  Each Title l school has a unique parental policy that is supplemental to the district policy. Each Title l school will develop a School Parent Compact. You can help by making sure homework is complete and students are at school every day.
