  • Hello TILC Families,

    We ask your assistance to ensure that your child does not come to school if they have any signs or symptoms of illness OR may have had possible exposure to COVID-19/other illness.  Do not send your child(ren) to school if they exhibit any of the following symptoms:

    1. Fever of 100.4 degrees or higher, or chills
    2. Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    3. Muscle aches
    4. Sore throat
    5. Headache
    6. Fatigue
    7. Congestion or runny nose
    8. Cough
    9. Vomiting
    10. Diarrhea
    11. New loss of taste or smell

    Please talk to your child about the importance of wearing their masks at school, washing their hands, and maintain social distancing during the day.  We can continue to have a safe and healthy school year, but all we need to do is our part to prevent the spread of Covid-19.  Thank you.

  • Good afternoon TILC Parent and Guardians,

    Here are a few reminders:

     

    Transportation change (bus change, walker, or pick-up):
    Please make sure to provide a note or send an email if your child is changing bus routes.  All changes in transportation, whether it is a bus change, walker, or pick-up needs to be made by 12:00 p.m. on full day bell schedule and by 10:00 a.m.  on Early Release days.  Any last-minute phone calls, emails, or notes after 12:00 p.m. will not be accepted.
    *Also, if your child is on the bus at 2:45 p.m., he/she will not be taken off the bus.​*

     

    Identification:
    Your ID is needed for check-out, visitation, or requesting for documentation from the school (withdraw, enrollment verification, or filling out documentation from another department).  Please have the name of the child, teacher, and grade readily available.

     

    Turn in documents:
    Please make sure to read and sign the following forms (Parent Compact Form and Student Handbook Agreement Forms) that were sent home with your child.  These 2 items are due this Friday, August 20, 2021. 

     

    Attendance:
    Please notify the school if your child is not going to be here and make sure to provide a note or doctor statement upon return.  The person to contact for attendance is Mr. Murray Shirley.  Phone#: 928-729-6825  and Email Address: murrays@wrschool.net .

     

    Water Bottles:
    You can have your child come to school with a clear water bottle.  We do have water dispensers on site.

     

    Tardy:
    After 8:00 a.m. your child is considered tardy.  Please, have your child here before 8:00 a.m. so he/she can be on time.
