    What is an Apex Parent Mentor/Learning Coach?



    A  learning coach is an adult such as a parent, guardian, or guidance counselor who receives weekly reports about a student’s progress. Coaches do not have accounts and cannot sign in to Apex Learning. Instead, coaches are indicated in student account profiles and receive reports via email.


    Below is your Welcome Letter and Learning Coach Guide.

     

     

     

    If you're having difficulty accessing the guided tour video from the link at the bottom of the welcome letter...Do the following:

     

    Have your Apex student log in to their Apex account:

     

    Go to "Getting Started Tab" at the top of the Apex dashboard.  Type "Coach" in search box and you will find video under the following title:
     

    Coach Email & Detail Report

    Learn about the Weekly Progress report for coaches.

    • Please continue to review your Apex Activity Reports that are coming to you on Sundays and discuss your plan of action for the week to keep our student on track to completing classes, closing the gap of over due assignments, getting progress bar back in the GREEN and keeping seniors on their way to receiving their diplomas and graduating!
