My name is Timothy Arviso and I am a sixth grade teacher here at Tsehootsooi Intermediate Learning Center (TILC). I am from the Window Rock area and have lived here most of my life. I am an alumni of the Window Rock Fighting Scouts. I have been teaching for 28 years with the Window Rock Unified School District at all three levels - elementary, middle school, and high school. I have also coached football and basketball at the high school level for many years. I hold a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Health Education K - 12, and Math K - 8 from Northern Arizona University. Several of my hobbies are reading, fishing, golfing, traveling, and just being outdoors as much as I can.

As we start the 2020-2021 school year with online learning and instruction, I want my students to know that it will be an interesting learning experience for all of us. It is going to take some time to get everything up and running smoothly, but I want to encourage all the students to be an active participant and always do your best. My colleagues and I will do our best to ensure that the students' needs are being met academically and we are looking forward to a positive and productive start to the new school year.
