Per AZ state requirements, WRUSD MUST implement the following travel requirements/changes for the 24–25 school year:
All meal reimbursements now REQUIRE a corresponding receipt; however, there is also a MAXIMUM reimbursable amount per meal depending on the destination of travel. SEE BELOW FOR RATES
If you do NOT submit a receipt for the meal, we are UNABLE to reimburse you for that meal. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED PER STATE LAW and District Policy DKC-R!
Daily Rates depending upon the city the employee is traveling to, for additional information please see attachments.
